Itinerary:

Day 1:

Meet our Suite Travel Representative at the Rome airport when you arrive. Check-in at 4* hotel, receive a warm greeting, and learn about the trip. Free time to explore the city your own, dinner at leisure time, back to hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2:

Breakfast is served in the hotel. We’ll next transport you to Piazza Spagna, one of Rome’s most recognized sites, to begin your shopping trip with your professional shopper. The most prominent boutiques in the city center will pamper you, including Valentino, Prada, Armani, Pucci, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, and many others. Try the best Roman cuisine for lunch. We continue our shopping at La Rinascente, a collection of high-end retailers featuring Italian and foreign fashion, accessories, beauty, homeware, and design brands. Free program, dinner at leisure time, then return to the hotel via private transfer or on your own.

Day 3:

Breakfast at the hotel and check out. On your last shopping experience in Rome, you’ll visit Castel Romano Designer Outlet, an outdoor retail center just south of Rome. Save 30% to 70% on renowned Italian brands such as Ferragamo, Moschino, and Furla, as well as other world-famous labels such as Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Coach, Nike, and many others. With their lovely environment, cafes, restaurants, children’s play area, and more than 150 stores, you will not only fill your luggage but also get the best shopping trip experience.

Day Tour and Small Group Tours:

If you cancel 3 days or more before the tour, you will receive a full refund minus the administrative expenses.

Administrative expenses are subject to change based on the total amount and number of tours booked. Please contact our team at [email protected] with any questions.

VIP Tours, Transfer Tours & Group Tours:

If you cancel more than 8 days before the tour, you will receive a full refund minus administrative fees.

From 7 to 4 days, you’ll get a 50% refund.

If you cancel within three days and do not show up, you will not be refunded.

Force majeure

In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure, please notify [email protected] by email. We might issue you a voucher for the entire sum paid or depending on the agreement.

Suite Travel Cancellation

We will only cancel excursions in the event of unforeseen events beyond our control that may risk your safety. If your tour is cancelled, we will offer you alternate options such as a different day, a different trip, or a complete refund if none of the options is suitable for you.
