Itinerary

Day 1:

Meet our Suite Travel Representative upon arrival at the Rome airport. Transfer to the hotel for check-in, a warm welcome, and a tour introduction. Diner at a local restaurant near the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2:

Breakfast at the hotel. We will start your journey by taking you to explore the must-visit landmark such as the great Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Trevi Fountain. Lunch in a local restaurant and start your shopping experience in the area of Piazza Spagna one of the famous landmarks in Rome. You will be pampered by the most prestigious boutiques in the city centre such as Valentino, Prada, Armani, Pucci, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and much more.

Dinner in leisure time, back to the hotel with the private transfer or you can back on your own.

Day 3:

Breakfast at the hotel. We will then take you to discover design studios, tailors, and eccentric boutiques in the famed Monti neighbourhood on a unique trip that transports you back in time. You will find small craft designer stores with Vintage custom-made clothing and Vintage jewellery. Lunch in the local restaurant and continue your shopping tour to Explore the work of emerging designers and the avant-garde. Uncover collections with a unique style by immersing yourself in contemporary and creative landscapes. The tour allows you to meet local artists and see their works of art as well as learn about their traditions in painting, sculpting, and jewellery.

Dinner in leisure time, back to the hotel with the private transfer or you can back on your own.

Day 4:

Breakfast at the hotel and check out. On the last day, we will take you to the ultimate Shopping at Castel Romano outlet village, part of the McArthur Glen group. Here you will find Italian high fashion such as Ferragamo, Moschino, Furla, Roberto Cavalli and many others in quest of deals. You can also find famous brands from other countries like Coach, Nike, Fossil, and many more, all at discounts up to 70%. Lunch in an Italian restaurant in this outlet.

Back to the hotel to take your luggage and departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your package tour reservation

1.1 Orders cancellation fee – standard fee
The following cancellation conditions apply to our regular student tours (i.e., Russia, Norway, Iceland and Lapland). Please note that student cruise trips such as the Pirates of the Baltic Sea Cruise, and tours to sporting events are subject to special cancellation conditions as stated in the order copy and visible when trip booking.

1.1.1 Cancelling 28 days or more before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of €40. In case of bank transfer/post costs, the amount will be added to the fee.

1.1.2 Cancelling between 27 and 18 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of 25%.

1.1.3 Cancelling between 17 and 8 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of 50%.

1.1.4 If the tour is cancelled less than 8 days before the departure, Timetravels Ltd. reserves the right to charge the entire price of the reservation.
